The ZigBee wireless USB Stick (RD1100) is effectively an RS232 to USB bridge connected to a REX3SP ZigBee module. This allows connectivity to a computer’s USB port.

The supplied drivers create a virtual COM Port, so that the command line of the REX3SP can be accessed via any terminal software application.

5.   Firmware Upgrades

The drivers provided will generate a virtual COM port allowing easy access to the serial port of the embedded REX3SP.
